To the REITs
I have not forgotten about all of you. You are still on my radar. The trend is currently up and I don’t fight trends. However, I know the truth. I know the fallacy of FFO. I am still reading 10Q’s. I am salivating over 10K’s to be released. I have devoted more time to researching your corrupt balance sheets. I will wait til the time is right to short you again.
I will be particularly attentive to those of you who have tried to sick your lawyers on me. I am not scared of lawyers - I am one. However, the way you went about it was not cool. Face-to-Face / Man-to-Man is how I prefer to TALK. Next time, call me directly but thanks for motivating me to work harder.
You know the rules. You are a player in the game. Maybe your lawyers are not a players. They opted for cheap shots. The cheap shots failed. It was a very cheap shot that gentlemen do not employ unless they are at war. ArE we at war? I thought I was just writing and expressing my opinions.
I can play the game of war too. If you don’t already know, it takes a very dirty mind to see the things I see in the boring, evasive and deceitful SEC filings that I read. Do you think a mind like this is incapable of fighting the dirty fight?
If you did not order the cheap shot then maybe your lawyers simply have no style. If so, you should fire them. You should find a better law firm to serve your needs. You need a full service law firm with a sophisticated real estate practice. You need a lawyer that knows your business and isn’t afraid to get dirrrrty. You need a lawyer that has sifted through all of your SEC filings without charging you a dime. You need a lawyer that predicted the crash of 2008 and capitalized on it like Joe Kennedy. How many of those are out there? I doubt there are many. I’m quite certain none of your big-firm lawyers did.

Intimidation is the refuge of those who are unable to admit the errors of their ways. They will not win .Do they not know that the Truth will set you free. After a while, we get the idea that truth is pretty important. And the wise man sees the truth and does not deny or fight it. You are indeed a wise man Mr Woon. And you have been set free and profited as a result.
