I apologize for not getting anything new up lately. I’ve been quite busy trading and working on my practice. I’m also working on getting positioned in a few new trades. I’m still maintaining my short positions in ProLogis (PLD), Alexandria Real Estate (ARE) and HCP, Inc. (HCP). If you’ve been following them along with me, you know I’m very happy. I’m also maintaing my long position in Gold and adding to it every chance I get.
You’ll also notice that I’ve been making changes to the site. My friend Mike is doing a great job helping me with all of this. I think he has made the site is more readable and he is also instituting some changes to the commenting and subscription functions. Subscribers may have to re-register on the site at some point. I’ll keep you posted.
