American Campus Communities Inc. Reports Q4 & FYE 2008

Yesterday, ACC reported the Fourth Quarter and Year End 2008 Financial Results. As I expected, the results suck. Stick a fork in her… she’s done.  The stock closed at $17.12 today. Where will it be tommorrow? A  week from now? A month from now?  A year from now?

If you want a good laugh, listen to the conference call tommorrow. Hopefully someone will grill them on dividend coverage. Then again, will the chosen few really be able to figure it all out? …,=Maybe that’s why they are chosen.

    Congrats on your good pick.

    I’m a chartist. ACC has a sell sign couple of days back (around Feb 10). Volume is above the average and it has since gap down from the support level yesterday (Feb 17).

    Thanks. The volume has been good - particularly since the silence was deafening early last week.
